At certain parts of this website it will from time to time be possible for you to apply for and / or obtain a quotation for insurance premium by completing certain enquiries and using the tools provided to present that information for consideration.  All such quotations are provided on the following basis:

• that the information which you submit is complete and accurate at the time of its submission;
• that you will contact us immediately should that information or any part of it change or become incorrect or incomplete;
• you consent to the submission of information provided by you for the purpose of obtaining the quotation, including any personal information, being reviewed for that purpose by us and or by relevant insurers and / or their representatives;
• you agree to all the relevant terms and conditions referred to in the application pages and in the pages detailing the quotation, in particular; 
  the Policy Wording;
• any additional terms and conditions from the insurers which are provided to you
• these terms and conditions; and
• our Terms of Business Agreement.

Confirmation of Insurance Cover through this website

At certain parts of this website it will from time to time be possible for you to apply for insurance cover and to receive confirmation of that insurance cover by using the tools provided.  All such confirmations of cover are provided on the following basis:

• no insurance cover will commence or be valid until and unless all the conditions detailed in the quotation and or confirmation of cover have been met to the satisfaction of insurers;
• no insurance cover will commence or be valid prior to the commencement date set out in the confirmation of cover;
• you warrant that the information which you submit is complete and accurate at the time of its submission;
• you warrant that you will contact us immediately should that information or any part of it change or become incorrect or incomplete;
• you consent to the submission of information provided by you for the purpose of obtaining the quotation, including any personal information, being reviewed for that purpose by us and or by relevant insurers and / or their representatives;
• you agree to all the relevant terms and conditions referred to in the application pages and in the pages detailing the quotation, in particular;
• the Policy Wording;
• any additional Terms and Conditions from the insurers which are provided to you
• these terms and conditions; and
• our Terms of Business Agreement.

Indemnity

You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and / or our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the Conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website, or the use by any other person accessing the Website using your Personal Information.
